Start with a business signal
A stock question, customer demand or a team request can begin a purchasing conversation. Record why the request exists and which information needs to be reviewed. A useful recommendation should keep that reason attached to the proposed next step.
Prepare context for a reviewer
An agent-assisted approach can help organize stock, demand and purchasing context into a reviewable draft. It should make assumptions and missing information understandable. Do not treat a generated explanation as proof that a quantity, supplier or purchase is appropriate.
Keep approval explicit
Identify the person authorized to approve the purchase and what they must check. A workflow should pause rather than quietly cross that boundary. The public CyboCode illustration requires a sample approval and never creates a real order or financial commitment.
Review the result and the process
After an actual approved business action, the responsible team should be able to understand the context and follow up on the outcome. Discuss access, records, exceptions and accountability before planning a rollout. This guide describes a planning approach, not procurement advice.
Discuss how these perspectives fit your workflows, access requirements and business priorities.
