When you contact us or register early-access interest, we collect your name, email and any message or optional business details you choose to provide. We use them to respond to your request and discuss a possible business relationship. The website stores inquiries and account information in the configured Supabase system. Notification email uses Resend when enabled; website hosting uses Vercel.
Accounts require an email address and authentication details. A messaging conversation may use your name, email and messages. A WhatsApp reply request asks for your phone number. Do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records through an inquiry or chat.
Community signup records your email and your request to receive updates. Joining is optional and is not required to browse this website. You can withdraw that request or ask for removal by emailing hello@cybocode.com. Withdrawal does not affect the handling of information before your request.
We use the purpose of the record to assess retention: inquiries support the conversation and any resulting business relationship; account records support account access; community details support the updates you requested. Applicable record-keeping obligations, unresolved requests and provider backup arrangements may affect removal. Contact us to request a retention review or deletion.
Hosting, storage and email providers process information to operate these features. Their configured locations and any international access, including access by the team in India, affect how information is handled. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request. A European hosting location alone is not a GDPR certification or a claim that every processing activity occurs in Europe.
Production measurement records page paths, selected contact actions and limited campaign or referring-domain information. Preview measurement is excluded. Measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Extended events are enabled only after their storage setup is complete. Session storage holds limited landing-page and campaign context for inquiries without creating a visitor identifier.
The solution finder keeps choices in page memory; its links carry only validated business-category choices. Older discovery choices may remain in session storage. Public demonstrations use sample data and do not act on your business systems. Account features use session cookies. Connected messaging uses a conversation cookie to retrieve replies in the same browser. Providers may process technical request information for operation and security.
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Email hello@cybocode.com to make a request or withdraw community consent. We may need to verify your identity and assess applicable record-keeping requirements. Providing optional business details is voluntary; name and email are needed to respond through the inquiry form.
